»  Adjust Thermostat Seasonally to 79 Degrees Fahrenheit (summer), 68 Degrees Fahrenheit (winter)
»  Check & Clean or replace Air Filter Free 6x per year (Specialty Air Filters will be charged at cost)
»  Check Dehumidifier settings and adjust as needed; Clean Dehumidifier Filter and Housing 1x per Year
»  Check & Clean Dryer Vent. Clean behind dryer and free dryer vent from any obstruction 2x per year and replace Worn Ducts if needed*
