Normal delivery/pickup hours are between 10 am and 7 pm on your scheduled arrival and departure date. All linen items will be placed inside a tote or linen bag outside the cottage or condo. Items may be placed near the front door, carport, or outdoor shower, depending on weather. Check all areas of delivery thoroughly before contacting us about missing linen items. Please place all items in tote/linen bag and in the same place (as delivery placement) upon departure by 10 am. If your delivery has not arrived by 5 pm, please contact us at: 843.800.2788
